§ 31-158. Routine inspections and evaluations.

(a)

Routine inspections and evaluations of landfill operations shall be made by a representative of the public health department. A notice of any deficiencies, together with any recommendations for their correction, shall be provided to the owner or agent responsible for the use of the land and the appropriate person, firm or agency responsible for the landfill operation.

(b)

A representative of the public health department shall regularly inspect and evaluate the landfill operation.
