§ 32-34. Penalties.

(a)

The violation of any provisions of this article is hereby declared to be a public offense. Any person convicted of such a violation shall be punished by a fine of not less than $250.00 and not more than $1,000.00. Each day a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

The violation of any provision of this article is hereby deemed to be grounds for revocation of a right-of-way permit and registration to operate within the city.
