§ 34-18. One-quarter percent sales tax in city for financing emergency medical services.

  • There is hereby levied pursuant to Charter Ordinance No. CO-1-04 a one-quarter percent citywide retailers' sales tax beginning October 1, 2004, with the proceeds to be used for the purposes of financing emergency medical services, including first responder and transport services provided by the city fire department and all associated capital and operational costs.
