§ 35-171. Tower responsible for cleaning scene of accident.

Any person who tows a vehicle from the scene of an accident shall remove from the street all solid debris and liquid waste, including, but not limited to, oil, transmission fluid, or brake fluid, which is on the street as a result of the accident.
