§ 35-472. Erasing mark placed on parked vehicle by unified government officer.

No person shall erase or cause to be erased a chalk mark or other mark placed on or about a motor vehicle or a tire of a motor vehicle by an officer of the unified government which has been placed upon such motor vehicle or tire for the purpose of enforcing parking regulations while the motor vehicle is standing or parked in a public way or parking lot of the unified government.
