§ 35-962. Transfer of residential parking permits.

(a)

A holder of a residential parking permit may apply for transfer of a permit to a replacement vehicle.

(b)

A transfer fee will be charged in an amount set by the county administrator.

(c)

Upon payment of the fee, submission of an application form for the vehicle, and surrender of the existing residential parking permit, or proof of theft to the satisfaction of the traffic engineer, the traffic engineer shall issue a transfer permit.

(d)

The successor permit will have the same expiration date as the original permit.
