§ 35-963. Issuance of permits for visitors.

  • (a)

    A resident of a residential permit parking area may apply for a visitor parking permit.

    (b)

    A visitor permit fee will be charged in an amount set by the county administrator.

    (c)

    Upon application and payment of the fee, the traffic engineer shall issue a visitor parking permit to the resident for the visitor's vehicle for a period not exceeding 30 days.

    (d)

    No more than two visitor parking permits shall be issued to any one residence at any one time.

    (e)

    For the purposes of this article, the resident is the holder of and responsible for the use and misuse of the visitor parking permits issued to him.
