§ 36-160. Certain purchases prohibited.

No secondhand dealer or junk dealer shall, directly or indirectly, purchase or receive any article or property from a minor or any stolen property or any property which he has reason to believe or suspect cannot be rightfully or lawfully sold by the person offering it.
