§ 36-252. Administration.

The public officer or his or his or her designee is principal unified government official for administration and enforcement of this chapter and its requirements. The public officer may delegate any or all of the duties under this chapter. The county administrator is hereby authorized to promulgate regulations consistent with this chapter as may be necessary or desirable to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
