§ 36-253. Acts of employees.

The holder of scrap metal dealer's registration shall be liable under this article for any and all violations by its employees of any provisions of this article during business hours or while on the premises of the scrap metal yard. If the owner or occupant of the premises is a corporation on which a violation of this article has been determined to exist, the designated agent of such corporation shall be deemed responsible for the ordinance violation.
