§ 36-254. Property owner responsibility.

The owner of any property on which a regulated scrap metal yard is located but a current scrap metal dealer's registration is not maintained shall be responsible for any violation of this article that occurs on his or her property if the violation continues to exist 30 days after the date a notice is mailed to the owner informing him or her of the violation.
