§ 36-255. Inspection of place of business and merchandise.

Every shop or other place of business operated by a regulated scrap metal dealer and all records and articles of merchandise in such place of business may at any time be inspected by any law enforcement officer, the public officer or his designee. A scrap metal dealer's registration holder or the designated agent or their representative must make the premises available for inspection and shall accompany inspectors during inspection.
