§ 37-98. Record of claims.

  • (a)

    The licensee under this article shall maintain records of all claims for bodily injury or property damage that shall include:

    (1)

    The name and address of the claimant.

    (2)

    The date the licensee was notified of the claim.

    (3)

    The date of the incident giving rise to the claim.

    (4)

    The location of the incident.

    (5)

    The nature of the claim.

    (6)

    The current status of the claim.

    (b)

    Such records shall be made available for inspection by the license administrator or a designated representative during regular business hours in the office of the licensee for a period of one year after final disposition of each claim.
