§ 37-130. Fee.

The driver's certificate application shall not be processed and the driver's certificate shall not be issued or renewed until the fee for such certificate shall have been paid in advance. The driver's certificate fee shall be in an amount established by the county administrator. No refund of the driver's certificate fee shall be made for any reason whatsoever and no such fee shall be prorated. If the license administrator accepts proof of a driver's certificate issued by any other city, by any state or by any political subdivision with standards comparable to those set forth in this article, payment of a fee shall not be required.
