§ 37-132. Issuance and form.

  • After completing the examination and investigation of the applicant, the license administrator shall determine whether a driver's certificate shall be granted to the applicant. Such certificate shall bear the genuine signature of the applicant. Such certificate shall be on a form prescribed by the license administrator and shall contain the picture of the driver affixed in such manner that another photograph cannot be substituted without detection. The driver's certificate number and expiration date shall also be shown on the certificate. Such driver's certificates shall be produced in the police department.
