  • The driver's certificate shall be conspicuously displayed in such a manner that the entire card is visible from the rear seat of the taxicab which the driver is operating and the only driver's certificate displayed shall be the one belonging to the driver who is on duty at that time. The driver's certificate shall be laminated with transparent material, so that the same shall be clearly discernible to and can be read by the passenger in the rear seat. The driver shall be responsible for keeping the driver's certificate in a good condition and it shall be unlawful to have a torn or illegal driver's certificate.
