§ 37-134. Driver's certificate; replacement when lost.

  • In case of a loss of a driver's certificate, the driver may file with the license administrator sworn and notarized statements of the facts concerning the loss and, if the license administrator is satisfied that the facts justify the issuance of a replacement driver's certificate, the license administrator shall issue such duplicate driver's certificate upon payment of a fee in the amount established by the county administrator. Such duplicate driver's certificate shall be plainly marked "duplicate," and the number of the original driver's certificate shall be furnished to the police department as well as the number of the duplicate.
