§ 4-1. Definitions; territorial applicability.

(a)

For the purposes of this chapter, all words, terms and phrases used herein shall have the same definitions as the words, terms and phrases defined in K.S.A. 41-102, K.S.A. 41-2601, K.S.A. 41-2701, or any other statute contained in K.S.A. ch. 41. Whenever such definitions are hereafter amended, repealed, modified or new definitions added, such addition, amendment, repealer or modification shall be construed as adopted herein unless otherwise defined by an ordinance contained in this chapter.

(b)

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the provisions of this chapter apply only in the city.
