All amusement enterprises shall provide adequate sanitary toilet facilities for both
sexes which facilities shall be first approved by the Wyandotte County/Kansas City,
Kansas, Public Health Department; provided that the investigation of the department
to make a determination as to whether the sanitary condition of all of the facilities
to be used by the public and/or employees should be approved shall be made immediately
prior to the setting of each location.
