§ 6-25. Hours of operation.

The starting time for any amusement enterprise or street fair shall be no earlier than 1:00 p.m., with the exception of any Saturday or Sunday, which may have starting times of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., respectively. The closing time for any amusement enterprise or street fair shall be no later than 10:30 p.m., with the exception of any Friday or Saturday, which may have a closing time of 11:00 p.m.
