§ 6-77. Definitions.

The terms "pool hall," "billiard hall," "shooting gallery" and "bowling alley," as used in this article, shall be construed to refer to and shall be applied to any room or any part of any building, tent or enclosure where games of pool or billiards are played or shooting or bowling are permitted and carried on for profit, and also to all rooms or parts of rooms adjacent thereto and not wholly disconnected therefrom.
