§ 408. Clerk to keep official records.

  • The clerk shall keep the official records of the unified government and shall be authorized to maintain summary forms of minutes indicating official actions taken in full commission meetings and all standing committee meetings and shall maintain tape recordings of all commission meetings on file for a period of at least four years after each meeting. The clerk shall be the official custodian of the official documents of the unified government including contracts, resolutions and ordinances, and shall be authorized to certify copies of such official documents.
