§ 19-283. Giving false information.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly make a false statement in an application for a license to operate, maintain or manage an arena or auditorium. Giving a false statement on an application for such a license shall constitute grounds for denial of such application or for revocation of such a license if one has already been issued.
