The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this subdivision, shall have
the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
Firearm
means a weapon, as defined by new Section 2(b) of Senate Bill No. 418 adopted by the
Kansas Legislature and found at Chapter 210 of the 2006 Session Law (Personal and Family Protection Act), and amendments thereto,
or any other firearm.
Unified government owned property
means any real property, excluding streets and street right-of-way, the title to which
is held in the name of the City of Kansas City, Kansas, Wyandotte County Board of
Public Utilities, the unified government or any governmental subdivision of the unified
government.
