§ 720. Motion to amend.

Latest version.

In order to amend motions previously made, the motion "to amend" shall be in order providing the motion for amendment shall be made with the consent of the maker and the second to the original motion and providing further that a motion shall be amended only once and before a vote has been taken. Motions to amend shall be debatable providing the original motion was a debatable motion.
