§ 721. Motion to substitute.

In order to substitute a motion for a motion which has already been made and seconded, a motion "to substitute" shall be in order providing that the substitute motion shall be made immediately after the original motion has been made and seconded and before a vote has been taken. Substitute motions shall not be used for purposes of confusing the issue and shall not be motions directly contrary to the original motion, but shall be confined to other substitute actions with respect to the original motion.
