§ 911. When mayor/chair shall vote.

The mayor, acting as chair, shall cast the deciding vote in all matters in which there is a tie vote, or where the full board lacks one vote of reaching the minimum number of votes required to take action. In case of a mayor[al] veto, seven affirmative votes shall be required to override.
