§ 912. Order and decorum to be preserved and rules of procedure followed.

During the meetings, members shall preserve order and decorum and shall neither by conversation nor otherwise delay or interrupt the proceedings or other peace of the board nor refuse to obey the orders of the presiding officer or these rules of procedure.
