§ 2-387. Meetings.

All agencies, boards, committees and commissions shall adhere to the state Open Meetings Act, K.S.A. 45-201, and the chairperson or his designee shall prepare an agenda for all meetings and cause to be maintained minutes of all meetings and proceedings. Said minutes shall be regularly filed with the unified government clerk.
