§ 31-8. Method of collection and disposal.

Latest version.

All garbage and trash shall be collected and disposed of at a place and in a manner in strict compliance with the laws of the state, the ordinances of the city, and the rules and regulations of the state. The work and manner of collecting such garbage and trash shall comply in all respects with all ordinances.
