§ 32-208. Cost of publication of ordinance; provision for compensation.

In the event the unified government board of commissioners decides to grant a franchise and fix the compensation therefor as provided by law, the applicant shall deposit with the unified government clerk the sum established by the county administrator to cover the cost of publication of the franchise ordinance.
