§ 6-79. Location near church or school.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct any pool hall, billiard hall, shooting gallery or bowling alley within 500 feet of any building used exclusively as a place of religious worship or for school purposes, or both. The provisions of this section shall not affect the right of any person now having a license to conduct any such business within such limit.
