§ 6-80. Obstruction of view from street.

  • It shall be unlawful for the owner, proprietor or manager of any pool hall or billiard hall to erect or maintain any screen, curtain, blind, partition or obstruction of any nature whatsoever in the front of such hall so as to obstruct a clear view of the interior of the same from the street, whether such obstructions are maintained inside or outside of the building in which such hall is located.
