§ 8-579. Meetings; quorum.

  • The development review committee shall meet at such times as may be determined by the members of the committee to conduct its business described in this article. The chairman of the committee or, in the chairman's absence, the secretary may call special meetings of the committee by actual notice to the members thereof. Business of the committee may be transacted at any regular or special meeting. A quorum shall be a simple majority of the membership of the committee.
