§ 22-382. Identification of certain vehicles.

  • (a)

    Each ambulance and all other commercial vehicles engaged in emergency services or the transportation of persons shall have the name of the owner in painted letters of permanent paint of not less than four inches in height and not less than one inch stroke on both sides of the exterior of the vehicle.

    (b)

    A person convicted under this section is guilty of a class C violation.
