§ 3-25. Control of nitrogen oxide emissions.

No person shall cause or permit the emission of nitrogen oxides from any nitric acid manufacturing plant to exceed a total of 5.8 pounds of nitric oxide and/or nitrogen dioxide (calculated as NO ₂ ) per ton of 100 percent acid produced.
